Just add meat - Makes 6 16 oz. bowls. Cut 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. beef, pork or chicken into stew-sized pieces. Pour 9 cups water in 4 quart pot. Bring to boil. Add meat and stew miz. Lower temperature and cook 40 to 45 minutes. For a heavier broth, add a bouillon cube. Serve with flour tortillas. |
